This doctor is truly amazing. A prime example of someone who found their calling in life! His schedule is booked pretty far ahead, but after my initial appointment with him, I understand why; he takes on the most difficult cases and is confident doing so.
Dr. Dolkart is a HIGHLY respected doctor in his field; research this man and find out for yourself.
I can't speak for other individuals experiences, but I can say that some patients aren't proactive during their pregnancy, such as watching their nutrition, staying active, and just overall wellness.
Visiting Dr. Dolkart was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. He was not only rude throughout the appointment he laughed at the questions I was asking him (about a possible placenta previa). What kind of OB laughs at an expectant mother (especially a first time mom) trying to learn more about her pregnancy? He pushed cesarean surgery right away with out even discussing the fact that more often than not the placenta will move out of the way as your uterus stretches upward. He also charges a ridiculous amount of money for the same services that are offered by the amazing midwifes next door at Birth and Beyond.
I was completely satisfied with the care I received from Dr Dolkart and his staff. I appreciated the fact that he was always strait forward with us, no sugar coating, but not in a rude way. My primary doctor didn't manage triplet pregnancies, so I was referred over 2 Dr Dolkart. I knew I was in good hands. I was blessed to deliver 3 healthy bundles of joy in May of 2014. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience as his patient.
I saw him in 2004 he deliver my son it was the worse time & to top it all my son had trisomy 18 the staff was so rude when he did my ultrasound bf I had him he was so mean he explained my son wasn't compatible with life and I said if God want my baby to live he will let him and give me a miracle he was like no miracle is going to save these baby. If I could I wouldn't even give one star what a rude DOCTOR
