My son sand I had attended a Christmas party for his work program. We were only located in the 2nd floor party room so am unable to rate rooms or any of those areas. But the room we were in was very nice. It was clean, the employees were very courteous and helpful when asked a question. The program we were with handles developmentally disabled adults so the crowd wasn't your regular part group. The employees were very understanding and patient with any assistance they provided. And the food was excellent!!!
Very convenient location to nearby attractions like Watkins Glen and Corning Glass Museum. Housekeeping paid attention to detail. Nice indoor pool. Lots of parking. Didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor pool. Anthony's Restaurant made meal time easy with room service. Loved the malted waffles.
My daughter had her wedding reception here. The chicken she chose to have served was supposed to be spinach and feta stuffed chicken wrapped w/bacon. They served chicken stuffed w/dressing and gravy over it. Not at all what was expected! Also, she was told that she could take no food home that was leftover. I don't understand why if she paid for all the food that she could not take home any prime rib dinners that were not served to guests that did not show up or any other food that was leftover home. Other than that everything was great! The wedding coordinator Amy was amazing! She was very helpful and friendly.
Stayed here for a college visit. Room was nice size and very clean. Friendly staff. No complaints. The discounted breakfast was great. Looking to stay here many more times if my kid decides to go here...
