This was just a quick visit through the drive-thru. Well should have been quick... It took 15+ minutes to receive the order which had been done for a few minutes & just sitting there. Not a great experience. Very hit or miss at this location. Appears more often to be a miss from multiple experiences.
RUDE ... The employees are extremely RUDE
Food quality is very poor. Chicken is dried out and tacos are almost always stale.
. The store is FILTHY and unsanitary! They talk badly about their customers while other customers are in the store! They are super good at messing up people's orders ... There are a bunch of immature teens working there and the manager doesn't care what goes on apparently ! They have thrown drinks on people in the drive through... Sickening. This business is a damn joke! I personally refuse to eat here at this location any more.. as well as my family and friends. I will continue to spread the word and make sure that everyone I know and everyone they know do not go to this store!
Wow this taco bell/KFC is the worst I've ever been to... I went inside because the drive thru was packed and there were a group of teens chatting at the counter with pretty much the entire staff. After a minute it became apparent that some of them were actually workers off the clock. After some time I was finally able to order and the cashier Sam immediately changed tone and was paying more attention to the group that was still there chatting with the rest of the staff. When I got my food it was luke warm and seemed under portioned. The manager on duty also seemed overwhelmed and unable to professionally run her crew. It's rare that I rate a fast food chain on here but this was a very bad experience and I hope this helps make a change. I wish i had gone somewhere else.
